With the current finical climate and people being limited with time to make personal training more affordable and accessible to everyone we have introduced 30minute sessions this does not mean you can’t do 1 hour sessions just means you pay less but can see us more often and more likely to reach your goals.

 
30minute sessions

With the 30minute sessions you are actually training for 1 hour but only 30minutes with a trainer and 30minutes by your self warm up cool down stretch by your self.


 

Hour sessions
With the hour sessions you will be with a trainer for the whole hour .Personal training covers many topic from nutritional advice, cardio vascular training, weights training, boxing, out door training, stress management depending on your goals is how we will structure your training.

6 Free sessions over 6 weeks
If you commit to our 12 week package which involves 2 X 30minute sessions and 1 group session per week for the first 6weeks weeks you don’t have to pay for the group sessions that is a saving of $150.
