Circuit Training/Outdoor Training (Maximum 12)

These sessions are at Grand Reserve Coogee. They are predominantly cardio based. Each week is different from boot camp style training too boxing, stairs, hills, beach workouts. We also put in a combo workout with some resistance added, like push-ups, dips, and some hand weight exercises.

 

Circuit Traininig Indoor (Max 6-10 per class)

These sessions are at our studio and great cross training workout with a mix of weights and cardio. For strength and toning we have dumb-bells, bar-bells, body weight exercises and machine weights. For cardio we have rowing, bike, X-trainer, stairs, hills and boxing.

Gold member 3-4 sessions a week $45
