Bootcamp/Outdoor Training (Maximum 12 with 2 instructors)

These sessions are at Grand Reserve Coogee. They are predominantly cardio based. Each week is different from boot camp style training and includes boxing, stairs, hills, beach and circuit. We also put in a combo workout with some resistance added, like push-ups, dips, and some hand weight exercises.

 

Group Exercise
Cardio/Circuit (Max 4-6 per class)

These sessions are at our studio and are predominantly cardio. A great fitness workout with a mix of cardiovascular machine bike, rower X-trainer, stairs, hills, boxing, etc.

 

Weights/Circuit (Max 4-6 per class)

These sessions are at our studio. A great cross training workout with a mix of weights and cardio. For strength and toning we have dumb-bells, bar-bells, body weight exercises and machine weights. For cardio we have rowing, bike, X-trainer, stairs, hills and boxing.
