About Us

Randwick Personal Trainer Jayson Lincoln Hi I’m Jayson Lincoln owner and manager of “Head For Health” personal Training Studio at Randwick Australia . Staying in shape and showing others how to do the same has become my passion since starting in the health and fitness industry way back in 1994 as a personal trainer or I like to call myself a Health Consultant.

During my career, I’ve helped thousands of people accomplish their health and fitness goals, shed kilos of excess of unwanted body fat, gain quality muscle, or improve their athletic performance health and quality of life.

I has been featured in several magazines such as “OK Magazine” “Good Health Magazine” and regularly in our community Southern Courier. Some of my clients have been TV celebrity actress Kate Ritchie, professional football player Stuart Webb 60 Minute journalist Alison Langdon.

Jayson specialises in the following services:

Jayson achieves a client’s health and fitness goals by taking a holistic approach and working closely with other specialised health professionals such as chiropractors, physiotherapists, masseuses and nutritionists. Jayson recognises that every client is different, and develops programs tailored to their individual needs.

 His comprehensive programs cover:

As each client progresses Jayson provides regular assessments and examines each client’s individual goals, lifestyle, health issues and daily stresses. He then adjusts their program according to the factors he identifies in those assessments.

Head for Health can be differentiated from other health and fitness studios thanks to Jayson’s personalised, holistic approach. Jayson’s studio is small, allowing the client to have his full attention.

At Head for Health, the client’s goals are his priority. Jayson also understands that it’s not easy balancing work and family and develops a program that allows the client to exercise around their other commitments.

Just two days before my 41st birthday I was crowned the fastest man in NSW over 40years old at the 2012 NSW State Surf Life Saving Championship held at Kingscliff Beach by taking out the beach sprint and the beach flags, which not many people have accomplished the double win before which I am very proud about. Just two weeks later I came 2nd at the Australia Championships in the Beach Sprint and 3rd in the Beach Flags.
