As each client progresses Jayson provides regular assessments and examines each client’s individual goals, lifestyle, health issues and daily stresses. He then adjusts their program according to the factors he identifies in those assessments.
Head for Health can be differentiated from other health and fitness studios thanks to Jayson’s personalised, holistic approach. Jayson’s studio is small, allowing the client to have his full attention.
At Head for Health, the client’s goals are his priority. Jayson also understands that it’s not easy balancing work and family and develops a program that allows the client to exercise around their other commitments.
